Set Usage Location

Before you can add a number to a user, the users usage location must be mapped to the uploaded number country calling prefix.

Do the following:

1.

Click the operator. The loaded numbers are displayed. Note the countries for which you have already uploaded numbers.

2.

Login to the Microsoft Entra admin center and navigate to Identity.

3.

Select Users > All users and then select a specific user.

4.

Select Properties.

5.

Select Settings.

6.

In the Usage Location drop-down, set to the country for which you wish to assign the number.
